According to Apple App Privacy and Google Play Data Safety standards:

• Personal Information: We do NOT collect any personal information (Name, Email, Address).
• Device Identifiers: We may use non-personal identifiers (like IDFA or Android Ad ID) solely for analytics and advertising purposes to improve the app experience.
• Gameplay Data: Your answers and prompts are processed locally or via transient AI API calls. We do not store your private conversations on our servers.

2. Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party services which may collect data according to their own policies:

• Apple App Store / Google Play Store: For handling in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• AI Content Providers: To generate dynamic game prompts (no personal data is sent to these providers).
• Ad Networks (if applicable): To show relevant ads based on your device's advertising ID.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

Since we do not have user accounts or store personal data on our servers, there is no data to delete. Any locally stored game preferences can be cleared by uninstalling the app.

4. Children's Privacy

Spin & Dare (Spicy Spin) is rated 17+ and is NOT intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
